1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PM Insider (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

PM Insider is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any company whose interview content appears on the Platform. All company names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive and educational purposes only.

2. The Service

PM Insider provides a curated library of PM interview questions and answers for educational purposes. Content is original, user-contributed, or derived from publicly available information. It is intended solely to help individuals prepare for job interviews.

3. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • Sharing account credentials with others is prohibited
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Purchases and Payments

  • Monthly subscription ($149/mo): Grants access to all questions and answers while the subscription is active
  • Lifetime access ($349): Grants permanent access to all current and future questions across all companies. Use code PMLAUNCH for 50% off.

All payments are processed by Stripe. All purchases are final and non-refundable given the digital nature of the content. We encourage you to use the free questions to evaluate quality before purchasing.

Access is tied to your account. You may not transfer, resell, or sublicense your access to others.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on PM Insider — including questions, answers, and their structure — is proprietary. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform
  • Share screenshots, transcriptions, or reproductions of paid content
  • Use the content to build a competing product or service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract content

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to bypass access controls or paywalls
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Platform
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Upload or transmit malicious code

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the content will result in interview success or a job offer. Interview preparation is inherently uncertain.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PM Insider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or inability to access it.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
